    Tea contract packing is a service where we pack your tea or recipe into retail-ready formats such as pyramid/pillow tea bags, loose-leaf pouches, or wholesale bulk packaging.

  • Do you offer biodegradable pyramid tea bags?

    Yes. We pack using biodegradable PLA pyramid tea bags, made from plant-based material suitable for premium whole-leaf teas. Our eco-friendly pyramid bags are heat-sealed and food-safe.

  • What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for pyramid tea bag packing?

    The MOQ for pyramid tea bag packing is 1,000 tea bags

    The MOQ for envelope packing is 5,000 envelopes.

  • Can I supply my own tea blends for packing?

    Yes. You can supply your own tea, herbs, spices, or blends. We just need to know they’re allergen-free.

    We also offer in-house blending from recipe for clients who want custom formulations.

    We can also help source teas, herbs and spices if we don’t have what you require in stock.

  • What packaging options do you offer?

    We can pack into:

    Pyramid/pillow tea bags.

    Loose-leaf pouches.

    Retail boxes, cellulose bags, pouches tubes & tins.

    Wholesale bulk bags.

  • What are your lead times?

    Lead times vary based on order size and materials, but typical production time for pyramid tea bags is 1–3 weeks.

    Rush orders may be available depending on capacity.
